Please note that all warranty claims should be directed not to Green UV, but to the company that installed the system in the first place.
To obtain a warranty, lamps must be changed annually with original Green UV products and original receipts must also be kept.
Understand that we do urge you to ensure all maintenance, servicing or part replacement issues be handled by certified, licensed professionals to guarantee safety, accuracy and quality.
**This warranty shall be void if UV lamps from manufacturers other than Green UV are used with this equipment.
